Terms and Conditions for Membership - WOMEN’S TEMPLE PORTAL 

 

1. Introduction

By purchasing a membership in WOMEN’S TEMPLE PORTAL, you as a member agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

WOMEN’S TEMPLE PORTAL is a membership, a subscription to an online portal for women on topics related to self development, embodied spirituality.

If you have any questions or comments regarding this document, please contact me at fridhelene73@gmailcom.

Purchasing this membership is considered as a confirmation that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

 

2.The membership itself

Purchase of this membership includes:

• Women’s Temple every week, one hour session
• Monday Morning Movement Practice every Monday (MMMP), 20-30 min session
• Deepening Women’s Temple once a month, two hours session
• Surprise Women’s Temples every now and then
• Closed community group on Facebook 
• Access to a portal library of Monday Morning Practice recordings as time passes by
• Access to a portal library of audio files, videos and PDFs with meditations, poems, practices, inspiration etc.

The only sessions that are being recorded are the Monday Morning Movement Practices, then you can see them when you wish. The only person showing is me. You can find the recordings in the portal library. 

Membership portals are living products, and I reserve the right to change the structure and content of the membership portal as I see fit. This means that content may be added, changed, or removed without notice as the product evolves.

3.Responsibility

I commit to provide content and other services as described in point 2.

I do not assume responsibility for whether you evolve in any area of ​​your self-development.

You commit to follow the terms of this agreement, and the rules of the Facebook group, and always the Sisterhood Manifesto.

 

4.Communication and member dialogue

It is important that you join the Facebook group, as all information about weekly temples, deepening temples, surprise temples, MMMP, zoom links and other information etc. will be provided here. You are responsible for keeping track of what is happening, by following the Facebook group.

Basically, communication with me will take place by email or in the Facebook group, unless otherwise agreed. I answer questions within my normal working hours on weekdays, which are from 10:00 to 16:00. I cannot always respond immediately, yet I do my best to come back to you as soon as I can.

5.Payment, Cancellation Policy and Guarantee

You can choose between different prices. Once you have chosen a price this price stays with you. If you wish to change the price you need to cancel your membership and then sign in again with the new price. 

The price for new members can and will change, but this will not have any effect on the price paid by existing customers. In other words, a customer who purchases a membership for NOK 500,- will continue to pay that price until they unsubscribe.

Returning customers pay the price that is stated on the sales page at any time. An unsubscribe may therefore mean that you waive the right to pay a privileged price.

Payment is made via bank card or credit card upon registration. A receipt is sent from my payment provider Stripe. 

With a continuous membership, you basically have no right of withdrawal, but also no commitment period. Remember that monthly payment is deducted on the same day you first purchased membership. In other words, a customer who signs up on May 5th will be charged again on June 5th.

I offer some spots in the portal as a scholarship. This needs to be applied for by sending me an email [email protected] and approved. This is for women in a challenging economic situation. 

 

6.Membership Access & Usage

All content in the portal is protected by copyright. Buyers can not use images, designs, recordings or any parts from the portal in a way that infringes my rights or is not approved by me.

Publicly available information is free for the buyer to share.

Upon payment, you receive personal access to the online portal. You need to create a password to login. 

The portal is for individual use only and cannot be shared. Sharing login credentials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

I aim to provide access to the portal 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or technical issues.

Group members' sharings and personal details that are shared in the Facebook group or in temples on Zoom can not be shared outside the group, for example via screenshots or private recordings, without expressed permission. Breaking this rule may result in exclusion from the portal and/or the Facebook group.

I expect people to treat each other with respect in the Facebook group, and not to make discriminatory and hateful statements. You need to follow the guidelines of the Sisterhood Manifesto. I reserve the right, at my own discretion, to ban members from both the Facebook group and the portal if they cause discomfort, break rules, and spread hatred, racism, or other harassment.

 

7.Postponement and Cancellation of sessions:

I reserve the right to cancel or postpone planned or scheduled temples or other sessions due to reasons beyond my control, which is not reasonable to expect that I could have foreseen.

 

8.Canceling the membership portal

With a monthly membership, you can cancel at any time, and will then retain access to the portal and all content until the period you have paid for is over.

You are responsible for ending your subscription within the portal. You do this by going to your profile and clicking on "settings" within the course portal in Kajabi. In the course portal you will also find detailed instructions on how to end your subscription. If you have any difficulties, you can send an email to [email protected], but some delay can be expected.

 

9.Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. The most recent version is always the current one and will be found on my sales page.

10.Dispute Resolution:

I am committed to ensuring that my customers are satisfied with what I deliver. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible.

These terms and all questions regarding membership are governed by Norwegian law.

In the event of any dispute regarding the terms or breach of the terms, cancellation or invalidity of the terms or other questions related to the portal, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve them at the lowest possible level between them. If the dispute is not resolved first through negotiations between the parties, a disagreement or dispute in connection with this agreement may be submitted to the conciliation board or court.
